After creating developments and properties, you need advertise them by creating Listings.
A Listing can advertise multiple properties inside a development, but it can only advertise properties from a specific scheme, so when creating Listings for Developments, only properties that match the listing scheme are displayed inside the listing. If a development contains properties related to different schemes, then, a listing for every scheme should be created in order to advertise all properties.
When a development properties is not new build, it must be advertised using an exclusive listing, like independent units.
