# Introduction
Leads management is a consuming daily-basis task and KPro Marketing provides some nice tools to help you simplifying this task.
The main purpose from KPro Marketing on this task, is to aggregate leads from different sources, internal and external, check their eligibility, deduplicate them and rank them for you, while providing some helpful tools like integrated affordability calculators that will assist you in determining the best leads for each property.
In the Leads section you can see all the leads coming from any of the sources. Every record displays the basic details, but also the eligibility status if the lead was checked against the eligibility rules, and the next booked appointment.
Once you access to a lead details you can:
- View living, working, financial and eligibility information
- Manage appointments
- View details of the listing and property the lead is interested in
- Eligibility check result with the integrated affordability calculator depending on the property schemes
Use the calendar to view and manage all your appointments, no matter if they are Open days, In-person or Virtual ones. You will have a quick view in three different modes: Month, Week and Day, and you will also be able to filter by Listing or Agent.
